So not only did the Fishman family indulge in a little horseback riding but they also tasted some high class cuisine made by Chef Kim and... their own son Justin, as Sous Chef. 13 yr. old Justin showed off his culinary skills in Chef Kim's kitchen for the afternoon to prepare dinner for that evening.Justin stepped up to the plate (the hot plate that is,) to take all the advice he could get from Danish chef Kim here at EVR. Being a vegetarian is even more of a challenge in the kitchen. So we all anticipated the evening meal....and let me tell you , it was nothing short of gourmet.
After alot of sweat and tears Justin served our guests, along with owners of EVR, Nan and Norm (pictured). By the end of the night all the plates had been licked clean! Thanks for a wonderful meal Justin!
